Cancellation Policy
Clients are able to book their appointments (private, duet and group classes) online and submit payment at that time. Root to Rise Pilates has a 24 hour cancellation/rescheduling policy. If an appointment is missed, canceled or changed with less than 24 hours notice, the client will be charged full price. In the case of a duet or trio, if one participant cancels, the remaining client(s) will be given the option to switch to an hour long duet or private lesson (package rates apply) or a shorter lesson at the duet or trio rate. There are many things that come up in people’s day to day lives, while truly sympathetic, the studio cannot absorb the financial responsibility of last minute cancellations. This policy is included in the liability waiver on the scheduling page. Refunds and rescheduling are available up to 24 hours before scheduled appointment time.
 

Inclement Weather
If inclement weather keeps us from opening the studio, you will get an automatic email that class is cancelled and receive a credit back to your account. For your safety, be sure to check your email or call/text 508-395-3777 before heading out in bad weather.
